FREE SHIPPING for all products. Customs fees are paid by the recipient / customer (see General Terms and Conditions).

We are doing our best to dispatch each delivery as soon as possible. We will normally pack and ship your order within 48 (business) hours from the time of receiving payment. From time to time there might be a situation like natural disasters and calamities which can affect the delivery process. We will contact you if your order is delayed due to these reasons.

We use for transport of goods only GLS, FedEx or Standard priority airmail (delivery via your country postal service). After dispatch of your order you will receive a tracking number of package.

UNITED STATES - We use two modes of transportation for the United States. FedEx and standard mail. For exact details of which transport your order will be sent, please contact us.

EUROPEAN UNION - GLS courier service (delivery time 2-4 days) w/ tracking number.

REST OF THE WORLD - Standard priority airmail package (delivery time 10-25 days) w/ tracking number.

FINLAND, NORWAY, SWEDEN, MALTA, SWITZERLAND, PORTUGAL - Standard priority airmail package (delivery time 5-10 days) w/ tracking number.

To avoid problems make sure that ordered goods is legal in your country and does not violate laws of your country.
